Guess what? I have a secret project I’ve been working on during the back half of 2022 and heavily into 2023, and now I am very excited and happy to share it with all of you. 

After 8 years of continuous participation within the Ironman community (7 Half Ironman & 2 Full Ironmans) in the past 8 consecutive years, along with countless hours of research, trial-and-error, and self-coaching, I am passionately excited to share that I have started my own Triathlon and Multisport Coaching business! 

I am proud to announce the formation of IronDad Coaching, LLC.  

Over the years of becoming a husband, a father, a friend, a mentor, and a confidante, I have always soul-searched for my purpose.  With the encouragement of my wife, kids, and some amazing friends, it was time to take something I have a true passion for and make it my mission to now help others find theirs.  The crazy part is, that over the past 6 months since I started planning all of this, it hasn’t felt like work to me….I think that’s what excited me the most about this next chapter in my life.  

I naturally want to help and mentor those around me, and I think all signs have pointed me in this direction.  I get a true sense of fulfillment when I am able to help those around me and see them succeed in whatever it is that they want to do.  

Personally, I have already started my Base Training for the upcoming triathlon season, as I am sure many of you have started too.
