  • I will make your training fit around your life, not your life around training

  • I will always give feedback along your journey, as that is crucial to development & growth

  • I will get to know my athletes through regular interaction and communication, and I will help to simplify the process between training and life. I want to get to know you, both, as an athlete and non-athlete.

  • I will help break down the mental hurdles that exist with making a training plan, so you have more mental energy to apply towards family, work, & training.

  • I will create an individualized program for you to follow based on your needs, not someone else’s.

  • If you are local to Central Ohio, I want to do some training with you. Let’s get out and put in some work together, and I will share my knowledge along the way.

  • Did an unexpected work trip come up? Did one of your kids gets sick? Did you get sick? Whatever life throws at you, we will figure it out, and I will help you do that.
