What’s included with all plans:

  • Consultation - We will get to know each other through a new-athlete questionnaire, conversations, and an analysis of any past training or racing data that you can share. The focus will be on implementing a plan that progresses at your rate of adaptation. Training plans are developed with your current fitness level and time availability, which will all be determined in our initial consultation(s).

  • Active Communication - There are no limitations on the amount of communication between me and my athletes. I want you to feel comfortable and confident before and after all workouts. I will let you determine the best way for us to communicate with each other. As we get further along in our journey, a natural cadence will form between us. Having a coach is great for those times when work, family, or something else gets in the way and we need to course correct a plan, that’s what I am here for…..it’s not a matter of if, but when that will happen. I will also debrief with you after all races to determine what is working, or what may need some adjusting.

  • More Than Just a Mass-produced Training Plan - Having just a training plan vs. having a coach with a training plan are entirely different. A training plan can only tell you what to do, no matter how you feel that day. A coach will also tell you why and adjust for life, injury, stress, etc. Not only are our plans customized to you, but they will also be modified and adjusted as the different blocks of training are completed. This will be true 1-on-1 coaching to lead you to success. You will get a custom training plan built around your life

  • Race Experience and Expertise - Building a customized training plan is quite time-consuming. There is so much information that it can be difficult to know where to start. During my last 8 years of racing, I have managed to acquire more than a few takeaways from all my research, testing different training techniques, and races. I am excited to share the knowledge, tricks, and tips I have accumulated along the way. From my years of experience in the sport, and my formal training through my Ironman Coach Certification, I have the knowledge and understanding firmly in place to successfully coach you and help you reach your goals.

  • Field testing to determine training zones
