Cycling Only plan (no monthly minimum*)
This plan is for anyone looking to train for a Cycling ride or race of any distance. In this plan I will help with all aspects of cycling training to get you ready for a ride or race. This would include, weekly rides, strength training, and fueling strategies.
While not required, it helps if you have a ‘Smart Trainer’ and ‘Power meter’ to more effectively train. If you want the best results, both of these items would be very helpful, but I can help you train on Heart Rate (HR) and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) alone, if needed.
